  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager); entry information will not be sent without this.

Property Access

  • This cabin is accessed via a fairly steep gravel road. A vehicle with 4WD or AWD is required during winter months.

Policies and Rules

  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home or outside (no trace of smoking left outside the home).
  • Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. The reserving guest must sign the agreement and be present during the stay.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood can be purchased at the time of booking or at any point more than 7 days before arrival. $25 per day's worth of wood (2 bundles of split logs and a firestarter).
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available at the property. The cabin is accessed via a fairly steep gravel road. A vehicle with 4WD or AWD is required during winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchens are stocked with cooking basics and utensils.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • High-speed internet, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove, oven, toaster, and hot tub are available.

  • There are 3 exterior security cameras: one on the front porch facing the parking area, and two on the back deck facing out towards the view.
